great but plastic feels a little flimsy however the turning is amazing

Great for beginners or Intermediate!!

This cube comes of the box very flexible and loose. I like lose/flexible cubes, but not super loose. Super easy fix: just tighten the **** 3 rotations and bump up the compression to 4. (or 3). Give it a slower, more gunky/gummy lube, made of silicone to make it less "springy", and boom! You've got a Flagship cube that is only $22.

I highly recommend the spring version, because it is very fast, and can be slowed down. But the Ultra and Flagship are seriously WAY TOO FAST. Even Max Park or and other high TPS cuber would find those cubes too fast, too flexible, and way too springy.

Anyways, now to performance. The cube still retains a slight "spring" or "bounce" to it, probably because of the strong edge magnets, but does not over-shoot. And do you know what the best part is? (In my opinion) Even when the cube is tightened and compressed, it is still flexible and will forward and front corner-cut ANYTHING. Now you must be thinking, "Well this cube aint for me because I like controllable cubes, and flexible cubes are my enemy." Well guess what? I have good news to those cubers. This cube is on the stronger side of magnet strength, and its piece design is incredible. What does that mean? It means this cube will NOT deform NO MATTER WHAT!!! So, with it being lose, it corner-cuts great, but because of the incredible piece design and magnet strength, this is what any beginner/medium cuber would dream of. Now i wont recommended it to pros, because they like UV coating and I don't think this would match their turning style. The v9 would be better for that. But being an intermediate cuber myself, (I average 19 sec and my pb is 11.58) I wouldn't know what the pros would choose. Still, this is a great option of all experience levels. I think the pros should buy it just to experience it.

Now for durability: The frosted plastic is very durable and will take a lot of damage. I hear of issues of magnets falling out; it's no problem, just superglue them back in. Unfortunately, I received my cube with a missing foot magnet (Or you can call it a corner to core magnet). Thanks to the SpeedCubeShop customer support, I should be receiving FREE replaceable magnets any day now. THANKS!

Overall, 9.5 out of 10 stars

NOTE: This will not be my main but is still a very fun cube to use and to experiment with. I still get the same times with this cube, but unfortunately, I am biased to UV coating and MoYu's plastic and color scheme. The V9 is my main.
